How we work together.
Walk and talk therapy is counseling that brings together walking, conversation and a natural setting. Walking strengthens the body, lowers blood pressure and triggers endorphins; nature softens the stress response.
Walking is also a metaphor: step by step the path of personal development settles and self-image strengthens. Counseling is confidential and sessions take place on chosen trails around Koper and the Slovenian coast.
