How we handle what you entrust us with.
Confidentiality is the foundation of the promise. Below we explain how we collect, keep and use your data - without legalese, but in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect and why
The data you send us by email, contact form or phone - your name, contact and message - is used solely to reply to your enquiry or to run the service you have engaged us for.
In individual counseling we keep short confidential notes, by agreement with you, for the continuity of the process. These notes stay with the counselor who leads the session.
Who has access
Access to your data is limited to Sebastjan and Nikolina Jeretič. Your counselor does not share your information with the other partner without your explicit written consent.
We do not sell, rent or use your contact data for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to engagement are deleted within 12 months at most. Business data for active clients is kept as required by tax law, typically 10 years.
Counseling notes are kept for up to two years after the process ends, if you have explicitly allowed your counselor to do so.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion. You may also withdraw your consent for processing.

Cookies and analytics
This website uses minimal analytics: we log the URL, time and an anonymised IP for each visit. No third-party cookies are loaded.
For technical reasons we may use a cookie you explicitly set (e.g. your language choice). This cookie does not identify you.
